It's funny to see Conan O'Brian, who acts like *much* more of a nerd than Colbert, appear completely baffled by Colbert's deep, deep roots in true geekdom (and his obvious pride in them!).
O'Brian ends up coming across as a bit like Woody Allen - someone who makes a living playing (but not really being) a nerd, but is probably a total asshole snob in real life.

I don't like Conan either. I can't believe they let Colbert teach Sunday School. I wonder if that is true!
