Soups On

Well it seems it's our turn to get dinner. We have picked Akropolis. If you have not eaten there, it's like the Parthenon (greek food). We will be taking orders until 5PM Friday.

Good choice!!

I'd like an order of hummus (small if there is a size choice), an order of pitas (2 of them), and an athenian salad with the dressing on the side (small salad if there is a size choice).

We have a menu if anyone is interested - just call. It just doesn't say if there are sizes choices on things.

Can you give us some idea of what's on the menu (besides hummus and pita, and, presumably, gyros). What's in an Athenian salad?

We're trying to eat a bit healthier, so we don't want to jump to the usual meat-and-starch conclusions.

Sorry for asking so late about this, but I was babysitting all day and didn't get much time to surf...

I'd like to get the Chicken Pie and an order of Onion Rings. If they don't have the Chicken Pie I'd like the Gyros Dinner and the Onion Rings. Thanks.

Here is a link to the Parthenon menue http://www.ugrub.com/menu.php?id=43&name=Parthenon, The Akropolis has pretty much the same menue but not exactly the same. So, maybe give me a first and 2nd choice just in case.

I have to pick up Michele at Purdue after work, so I can get Parthenon instead of Akropolis.

It looks like the Parthenon has a chicken pie too but they call it Kotopita. They don't have O-Rings though so I'll take an order of fries instead. Large, if there's more than one size. If they don't have the Kotopita I'll take a gyro sandwich with fries.
As a side note, they have something called a "Small Stifado." Funny, I've got a small stifado myself...

The Dwarf sent us a summary of some great stuff from the Akropolis menu, so if you can go with Akropolis still that would be great.

We'd like
Vegetable stew with pita
Chicken Kabobs with pita
Dinner salad or Athenian salad, whichever is bigger.

Second choice for either of the main dishes is either the codfish (first second choice) or the baked chiken (second second choice).

Thanks for introducing a new meal option!
