Well, if it's one on one I'll go with the Dwarf too. Higher level and more HP too, I think. But if they were each leading a group of fighters I'd put my money on Fellhammer over pretty much anybody. Patton, MacArthur, Napoleon... shit, I'm still going with Fellhammer. It's like the SNL skit where the guys from Chicago pick Ditka over anybody or anything.
I think fellhammer could over come the difference in level.
But it would mostly be situational.
Best thing to do would be to compare like the show that does animal vs animal weighing strenghs and weaknesses.
Also would depend a lot on how the 2 fought. For instance, A sunderd weapon would be a huge blow to either combatant. Fellhammer has the feat which does not provoke an attack of opportinity. I don't remember how the whole +1, +2 weapon thing goes, but there is a chance that fellhammer would get a bonus to sundering the dwarfs weapon, and the dwarf wouldn't even be able to.
But the keen axe with the improved crit feat would be a huge advantage esp when combined with the higher level.
I really think it would come down to the number of crits by the dwarf vs how many rounds it would take for fellhammer to sunder the dwarfs weapon.
Both have a lot of hitpoints and armour so it would take some serious rolls to even damage each other, but rolling well is weighted in favor of the dwarf as fellhammer can't roll unless it's not that important.
I think it would be a very hard fight, but just because I'm partial I think fellhammer could pull it off...might die later to his wounds...but win in the short term.

Yar...but ye seem to ferget, Fellhammer the last time ye tried to sunder a weapon. We got a good whallopin' due to yer die rolls!!
