All quiet today, so here's the AT blog I mentioned

Here's the link to the blog of the woman running the Appalachian Trail. I think it might be fun to skim for anyone interested in the trail, even if you're not into reading about ultrarunning (some of the descriptions of self-inflicted over-use injuries are a bit ookie). In particular, it has some very nice pictures of spring in the woods.
