Stats

Nyx 64% hit rate
Ayra 67% hit rate
Wilhelm 0% hit rate
Elegost 100% hit rate

Nyx 10% of kills
Ayra 70% of kills
Wilhelm 0% of kills
Elegost 20% of kills

Hits only take into account hits that have the ability to do damage. Figured in are melee, ranged, and spells. As long as the attack hits at least one target(only enemies count so stop shooting me in the back) it counts as a hit.

The stats will be cumulative so I'll continue to add to them as the band has adventures.

This sucks! Most of what I do allows the rest of you to more easily pad your stats. So where are the assists? If you are going to so narrowly define hits as doing damage, you disinfranchise the Gnome.

It's just another case of the half-elves tryin' to keep the Gnomes down. Where's the justice? For too long this adventure has been carried on the backs of the Gnomish people. They desrve retributions. 40 acres and a riding dog or somethin'.

Um...after all the outfitting that we just bought, I don't think we can offer the Gnome much more than a funny pointy hat and an overgrown garden. Maybe after the reeve pays us, we could afford this t-shirt, too.

Yep, when I was summing up the stats I figured there would be a problem with support stats.

So I decided to also start tracking how many times someone uses their action to buff/support/assist someone else and it will be tracked as an assist stat. I didn't record any of that during our last run so I can't add it till after this week.

For hits I'll open it up to any time you have to make a to hit roll. (spells like magic missle would have a to hit roll if there was resistance so they will count).

As for assist kill points it would be too difficult to track, because whatever bonus you give to someone may not be needed to hit, or raise the damage by enough to kill. This stat is not trackable because we don't know what it takes to hit or kill an enemy so we don't know how much over or under someone rolls.

Why not count them like sacks in the NFL? For example, give the gnome a piece of every kill made by someone "under the influence" of gnomish buffs - .25 per +1 to hit/damage or whatever.

While you're discussing stats, why not compute a measure of effectiveness - something like kills/hit or kills/swing (the two don't track quite the same thing, but would both be easy to calculate).
