The offer of 7-layer salad makes the carry-in option more appealing to me personally. But I would be up for either. The "Baffled Hafling" and I could put some hot dogs/hamburgers/sausages on the grill. We may not get to the store before then, so could someone bring hamburger and hot dog buns?
We can handle getting some buns as I was planning on making a grocery pit stop on Friday night anyways. I can make some kind of dessert-y goodness, too. If ya'll like it, I think I'll make some monkey bread. Sound ok? Oh, 7-layer salad....*drools*
We can bring buns. And also burgers and/or brats if needed. We're planning on going to the store Sunday night, so if you let us know what is still needed we can just pick it all up.
We have the burgers, dogs (hot and 4 legged), and sausages so we don't need those. The monkey bread sounds awesome. NOW WITH MORE REAL MONKEY! As far as who brings the buns, it doesn't matter much to me. You guys can duke it out. We'll need more hot dog shaped buns than burger shaped since we'll need them for both hot dogs and sausages. Probably a pack of burger buns and 2 packs of hot dog buns should do it. The burgers are king-size so bigger burger buns are better, betcher bootie. Say THAT 3 times fast.
I shall stand aside, and Kaironen and Wolfie can bring the buns. Today's sucked for me so far; I know I'd lose in a battle royale for the priviledge of bun bringing.

Christina, if your day has sucked that bad, then please by all means bring the buns! We can bring a fruit salad if everyone likes that (please list dispreferred fruits here before Sunday noon).
No bun crisis. We will bring buns. Turns out won't get back into town until Monday morning anyway. So we may be a bit late, but we will have buns (but no fruit salad).
